Payments are accepted to secure a booking time, via eft bank transfer or card payment. Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments is accepted up to 24 hours prior to the session. Where a session is rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment the full payment will not be refunded.

Please be mindful the scheduled time for your appointment starts at the booked time. In the instance you are running late, we are unfortunately not able to extend past the time confirmed.
