If you would like to exchange an item you have 14 days from the delivery date to do so. simply send us an email and we will arrange it from there. You will be responsible for any shipping costs. DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Parcel post and express post Online orders are shipped out within 2 days of receiving payment from our office in Sydney, Australia. During very busy periods it can take up to 4 days.
Australia Post provides the following guidelines for delivery :

Other NSW: 2-3 working days
Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane Metro: 2-4 working days
Other Cities and Regional Areas: 3-7 working days If you're based in Sydney you can expect to get your parcel a lot faster than someone in WA for eg. Orders under $50 are automatically labelled as "Authority to leave", which means that they do not require a signature and will be left in a safe place eg. near your front door.
