In the event that your product is lost in transit, Moonflower Reiki will not be held liable. Any claims for/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product is received.

Online orders are shipped out within 2 days of receiving payment from our office in Sydney, Australia. During very busy periods it can take up to 4 days.

Australia Post provides the following guidelines for delivery :

Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane Metro: 2-4 working days

Other Cities and Regional Areas: 3-7 working days

If you're based in Sydney you can expect to get your parcel a lot faster than someone in WA for eg.

Orders under $50 are automatically labelled as "Authority to leave", which means that they do not require a signature and will be left in a safe place eg. near your front door. If you require a signature or have other instructions, please email us as soon as you have placed your order.
