Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you would like to exchange an item you have 14 days from the delivery date to do so. simply send us an email and we will arrange it from there. You will be responsible for any shipping costs.  If an item you have been sent is damaged or you have received the wrong item, contact us via email and we will resolve the issue immediately. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Moonflower Reiki will not be held liable. Any claims for/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product is received.  

How long will it take for me to receive my order? Domestic orders will take between 3-7 business days to arrive once we have packaged and shipped your order.   Do you offer free shipping? Shipping is FREE for domestic orders over $100 (metro areas only).  More on shipping:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Parcel post and express post Online orders are shipped out within 2 days of receiving payment from our office in Sydney, Australia. During very busy periods it can take up to 4 days. 

Australia Post provides the following guidelines for delivery : 

Sydney Metro: 1-2 working days 

Other NSW: 2-3 working days 

Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane Metro: 2-4 working days 

Other Cities and Regional Areas: 3-7 working days If you're based in Sydney you can expect to get your parcel a lot faster than someone in WA for eg.  Orders under $50 are automatically labelled as "Authority to leave", which means that they do not require a signature and will be left in a safe place eg. near your front door. If you require a signature or have other instructions, please email us as soon as you have placed your order.
